Katara Eid activities to conclude today as large visitor turnout is expected
THE Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) will conclude its various Eid Al-Fit festive activities on Thursday.
Katara has become the favourite destination for family to enjoy the festive at-* mosphere due to the various activities it organizes, in addition to its multiple facilities, which provide high-quality services that meet the aspirations of visitors of different age groups.
Katara Beach, which is characterised by its beauty and the diversity of services, has witnessed huge turnout of both adults and children enjoying various recreational beach and marine games.
Visitors praise Katara for providing them the opportunity to enjoy the beach beautiful atmosphere.
Faisal Al Essa, a visitor from Saudi Arabia, said that he came with his family to enjoy the atmosphere of Eid in Qatar.
Essa, who is visiting Katara Beach for the first time, expressed joy over the distinctive experience he had at Katara.
Another visitor, Suzan Al Alawneh said that going to a beach is part of her plan to celebrate every Eid, especially on the second day of Eid, stressing that Katara beach is safe and suitable place for families with young children.
Katara Beach receives visitors from Gate No. 3 from 9am until 11pm, and from Gate No. 4 and 5 from 2pm to 11pm.
On the other hand, the Thuraya Planetarium Shows witnessed a huge turnout from the audience of different nationalities and ages, featuring various educative films.
Dia Al-Din Al-Haq said that he always takes his children throughout the year, especially during holidays and weekends, to follow up on the wonderful shows offered by the Thuraya Planetarium that will attract children to science and discovery.
Mai Selim praised the Thuraya Planetarium for the astronomical models it provides to the public.
