FIFA World Cup Trophy to visit 54 countries
The fifth edition of Coca-Cola’s FIFA World CupTM Trophy Tour will begin and end in the M-East
AFTER an exceptional tour within Qatar, the original FIFA World Cup Trophy journey around the world has started.
The FIFA World Cup Trophy will visit 54 countries around the world, including 32 countries that have teams that will participate in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The FIFA World Cup Trophy will return to Qatar during the tournament period, specifically before the final match is held on December 18, which will be held at Lusail
Stadium, the largest stadium for the World Cup in Qatar.
Everyone is waiting for the start of the World Cup in Qatar, thanks to the distinguished planning and exceptional preparations, knowing that many international football figures participated
in the farewell ceremony for the FIFA World Cup Trophy in Doha, such as the Brazilian star Cafu.
According to the Oman Football Association, the iconic trophy will arrive in Oman on May 13.
The association said in a statement, “For the first time in its history, the FIFA World Cup Trophy will visit Oman on May 13.” The renowned trophy will be visible to fans throughout the Sultanate.’
On May 14th, the original FIFA World Cup Trophy will be in Bahrain. The trophy will be unveiled in the presence of a FIFA legend, a Coca-Cola executive, and a Bahrain Football Association representative. The fifth edition of CocaFIFA Cola’s World CupTM Trophy Tour will begin and end in the Middle East.
The 6.1 kilogram 18-karat gold original FIFA World Cup trophy, football’s most coveted prize, will also be on display in Nairobi on May 26 and 27.
Tanzania will also host the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour, which is scheduled to arrive on May 31 and will be seen by the sporting community for the fourth time in history.
