DUKHAN Bank has won the Outstanding Innovation in Mobile Banking from Global Finance in The Innovators

Awards for its mobile banking application ‘Dukhan Mobile’, which provides an easy and convenient banking experience for customers.

In its tenth edition, Global Finance’s annual awards programme recognises corporate entities and organisations that regularly identify new paths and design new tools in finance.

The Dukhan Bank mobile application provides customers speedy, efficient and secure access to their credit cards and debit cards for easy management.

With Dukhan Mobile, customers can also benefit from services such as Dukhan Bank Rewards redemption, money transfer with Western Union, cardless cash withdrawal services, opening and managing accounts, and managing children’s bank accounts through parent’s accounts.

The mobile app also provides managing stocks with The Group Securities, allows setting up Dukhan Bank card for apple pay, offers customers the opportunity to manage their cards through the card control feature, and enables them to chat with the bank virtual assistant ‘Rashid’ which responds to their inquiries and answers questions, thus improving their experience and making it easier and smoother.
