LCSC launches Lusail Karting for World Cup fans
WITH its long record of hosting events like F1 and MotoGP, the Lusail Circuit Sports Club (LCSC) has always been a frontrunner for handling major sport activities in Qatar and the region, keen to always overdeliver on its promises with each passing year. As Qatar hosts the FIFA World Cup 2022, LCSC offers its due contribution to spice up the overall tournament-phase experience for both residents and visitors from across the globe.
LCSC’s karting track is easily the largest in Qatar and it hosts some of the most advanced go-kart models in the world which can reach daunting levels of speed, so whether fans are seeking a quick adrenaline rush or looking for something to do before the next match they want to watch kicks-off,
Lusail Karting: Mondial Edition The event will run five days a week during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 till the 18th of December, Wednesday to Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM.
To avoid large queues and ensure a seamless experience, karting bookings will be accessible via a newly implemented pre-registration system through which all relevant personal data will be collected online. The new system does not allow for online bookings or payments with onsite booking operating on a “first-come
first-served” basis, and so those looking to reserve their spot for a particular session are advised to arrive early at the venue.
It serves to note that LCSC is collaborating with Qatar Motor Motorcycle Federation (QMMF), FORMULA 1 and MotoGP to offer visitors the chance to catch a glimpse of the F1 show car and two
MotoGP bikes displayed at the stand at Al Corniche Activation every day 10 AM 12 AM, in addition to enjoying a spectacular E-sports Experience.
On this occasion, CEO of QMMF and LCSC Managing Director Amro Al Hamad, said: “Each and every organization in Qatar is contributing towards delivering an extraordinary fan experience. I would like to take this opportunity to encourage spectators to visit our stand at the Corniche Activation, where gamers and racing fans can enjoy an exciting experience and play E-sports experience.”
