- TRIBUNE NEWS NETWORK

THE annual Arabian Travel Awards returned once again to confer prestigious titles on the crème de la crème of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

The ATA 2022, held at Le Méridien Dubai, was a splendid night of festivities where organisations from across the region gathered to celebrate the awardees. Qatar’s Tawfeeq Travel once again took home the title of Best Travel Agency in Qatar, as well as the title of Fastest Growing Destination Management Company in Qatar.

Awarded by the public through internet-based voting, these titles highlight that Tawfeeq Travel remains the people’s most trusted travel advisor for both outbound and inbound tourism.

The Tawfeeq Group’s wide range of services not only covers crafting the perfect holiday packages for any sort of experience, whether it’s a unique destination or popular one, or budget travel or ultra-luxury getaways but it has also emerged as a leader in helping shape Qatar as a premier leisure and business destination.

The organisation prides itself on its dedicated, multicultural team that works tirelessly to ensure that the highest standard of service is constantly met.

Rehan Ali Syed, CEO for Tawfeeq Travel Group, said: “These awards are a reflection of the trust that our clients have in us and of the unrelenting efforts of our brilliant employees who uphold that trust every day. We will return from this ceremony more motivated than ever to continue on this path of delivering nothing but the best to our customers.

“Such values and high standards of service are more important than ever in this post pandemic era. People have waited a long time to get their much-deserved breaks and also to conduct business as normal.”

San Jeet, director of the Arabian Travel Awards, said: “Our awards this year are very special as they recognise the untiring efforts of the industry experts. This year, as the borders open, the travel, tourism and hospitality experts were able to restore to levels enjoyed pre-pandemic time. Most had to redefine the way forward in the post-COVID era as we can confidently call it.”
