QNB concludes Emerging Leaders Program

Programme aims to develop QNB’s Qatar staff leadership skills

QNB Group has concluded the Emerging Leaders Program with a graduation ceremony held to honor its employees who successful­ly completed the programme.

QNB Emerging Leaders Program aims to identify and develop the bank’s Qatari staff who excel in their current role and who demonstrat­e the potential to advance to more challengin­g positions within the Group.

Over the course of 10 months, 26 Qatari candidates participat­ed in a combinatio­n of face-to-face modules, online learning, on-the-job assignment­s and a workplace project, as well as completed functional training and job rotations.

The course modules were developed by Kaplan, a leading provider of training solutions

for profession­al qualificat­ions programs, leadership, and profession­al developmen­t.

Upon the successful completion of the program, the candidates receive a Certificat­e Level Accreditat­ion from NOCN, a market-leading internatio­nal Awarding Organizati­on.

This programme comes as

part of the bank’s effort to prepare emerging Qatari talent for management roles. It also aims to complement QNB’s current Leadership and Management Course offerings and the bank’s ongoing efforts to provide its employees’ top-tier learning and developmen­t opportunit­ies.

In his speech during the

graduation, QNB Group Chief Executive Officer Abdulla Mubarak Al Khalifa said, “I would like to take this opportunit­y to congratula­te all the employees who completed this program successful­ly. It is a clear indication of the efforts the Bank undertakes to ensure the quality of the career developmen­t for each member

of QNB’s family and to ensure their ongoing success which in turn, reflects as the bank’s own success.”
