Marathi Toastmasters Club website launched

MARATHI Toastmasters Club, a community club of Marathispeaking expatriates from India, recently launched its website.

At the website launch event, club’s president Ajaya Rogiye, DTM, addressed the gathering and invited club’s founder president DTM Abhijit Kuwalekar, District 11 finance manager along with Division B director Chandrashekhar Dudhe for the soft launch of the website.

The launch of the website of the club, which itself was incorporated on September 1 2020, is the biggest milestone achieved by the club this year. Creating the website was the dream of president DTM Ajaya Rogiye and the executive committee. The website, which can be accessed at www.marathitoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org will allow visitors to easily get meeting updates and other information.

The mission of the Marathi Toastmasters Club is to hone the communication and leadership skills of the Marathi community. This bilingual club is open to all who want to develop public their speaking skills in Marathi and English.

DTM Abhijit Kuwalekar congratulated the club members and reiterated that the club has achieved the milestone because of the relentless support of the members and executive committee. Division B director, Chandrashekhar Dudhe congratulated the executive committee for launching the website. He said that Marathi TM Club is not only raising the bar at division but also at District 11 .

In tune with the times, the club has started focusing on its social media handles like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This helped not only in building the club’s brand but also increase membership.
