Coco Palm Re­ceives BA Hol­i­days Award

Coco Palm is de­lighted to an­nounce that it has re­ceived from Bri­tish Air­ways Hol­i­days recog­ni­tion for Cus­tomer Ser­vice Ex­cel­lence for 2017.

BA Hol­i­days is com­mit­ted to pro­vid­ing high qual­ity hol­i­days. In 2017 it be­gan work­ing with Reevoo, an in­de­pen­dent and im­par­tial third-party com­pany, to col­lect re­views from its cus­tomers. Re­views are only col­lected from gen­uine Bri­tish Air­ways Hol­i­days cus­tomers. Cus­tomers are asked to score ho­tels based on location, ser­vice, clean­li­ness, and sleep qual­ity, as well as giv­ing an over­all qual­ity score. Of the 12,000+ ho­tels that BA Hol­i­days works with world­wide, it awarded 350 Cus­tomer Ex­cel­lence Awards.

“Coco Palm has been recog­nised by Bri­tish Air­ways Hol­i­days cus­tomers for pro­vid­ing a high-qual­ity cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence. We are de­lighted to let you know that you are one of our 350 high­est rated ho­tels in the world for 2017. Over­all score for Coco Palm: 9 out of 10,” said Claire Bent­ley, Man­ag­ing Di­rec­tor of Bri­tish Air­ways Hol­i­days.

Gen­eral Man­ager, Mr Jean St Rose, proudly re­ceived the hon­ours on be­half of the Coco Palm team say­ing, “It is our team work, hard work and ded­i­ca­tion which makes me proud to re­ceive such recog­ni­tion from BAH”.

St Rose went on to say, “This means all the more know­ing Coco Palm, com­pet­ing on a global scale, was recog­nised for their cus­tomer ser­vice to our val­ued guests.”
