Dar Al-arkan targets investors for Al-tilal project land
JEDDAH: Dar Al-arkan Real Estate Development Company has launched its campaign for the sale of Al-tilal project land in Madinah. The campaign targets those who are interested in purchasing or investing.
Dar Al-arkan has placed for sale a collection of residential and commercial lands at Al-tilal project with different areas furnished with infrastructure and superstructure facilities.
The land is located in a project furnished with all key services and spaces for public utilities.
Yousef Al-shalash, chairman of the company, said: "Offering Al-tilal project land for sale constitutes one of the company's sources of income beside residential units and lease properties."
He added: "Al-tilal project is furnished with all necessary services in compliance with the standards approved by authorities. The project resembles one of the best investment opportunities in Madinah because of its strategic location and integrity and preparedness of services and facilities, in addition to being crossed over by Prince Sultan main road.”
Al-shalash said the placement of Al-tilal project land for sale meets the demands of different social strata and provides the real estate solutions which secure residential and commercial needs.
He said each plot of land ranges between 610 and 1,819 square meters for residential use, and 662 to 1,898 square meters for commercial use. All land is developed and ready for transfer of ownership.
Al-tilal project is located south west of Madinah, with a total area of 2.2 million square meters within Al-haram area, 9 km from the Holy Prophet Mosque and 8 km. from Qiba mosque.
The project is located across Prince Sultan road, one of the main pivotal roads in Madinah. Currently, it accommodates 499 residential villas with different areas and designs occupied by their owners.
The company will commence establishing commercial stores along King Sultan road to serve the project inhabitants.
