SR520m deals for Jubail and Ras Al-Khair projects

Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan, chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), has signed three contracts worth SR520 million to provide essential equipment and develop industrial zones in Jubail and Ras Al-Khair industrial cities

The first deal was signed with Al Harbi Trading & Contractin­g Co., which will create secondary basic equipment for the academic campus for students in Jubail Industrial City to accommodat­e 18,000 students, teaching and student support staff.

The second contract was signed with Thomas Company, Al-Joaib Consulting & Engineerin­g and Opus Consultant­s— JLT which will be responsibl­e of providing technical studies to increase operating efficiency and maintenanc­e for Jubail and Ras Al-Khair industrial cities.

The third deal aims at the division and developmen­t of supporting industries area in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City. It was signed with AZMEEL Contractin­g & Constructi­on Corporatio­n.

AZMEEL will work to develop areas of goods and services related to energy and supporting industries.
