Four Sea­sons Ho­tel Riyadh hosts Le­banese Food Fes­ti­val

Four Sea­sons Ho­tel Riyadh cel­e­brated the launch of the Le­banese Food Fes­ti­val at El­e­ments restau­rant on Nov. 21, which was hosted by Re­gional Di­rec­tor of Mar­ket­ing Tarek Bekhiet and in part­ner­ship with the Em­bassy of Le­banon.

At the event, the culi­nary team at El­e­ments, along with Chef Yousif Rah­moun, vis­it­ing chef from Four Sea­sons Ho­tel Beirut pre­pared spe­cial mouth-wa­ter­ing Le­banese dishes and se­lected the finest in­gre­di­ents to cre­ate a wide va­ri­ety of dishes.

Bekhiet com­mented: “The ho­tel’s man­age­ment is keen to pro­vide all that is dis­tinc­tive and at­trac­tive, by host­ing dif­fer­ent food fes­ti­vals and dif­fer­ent cul­tural and so­cial ac­ti­va­tion.”

He also pointed out that the Le­banese Food Fes­ti­val won the ad­mi­ra­tion of many vis­i­tors through dis­tinc­tive dishes and the cul­tural at­mos­phere that made for a mem­o­rable din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence.

The Le­banese Food Fes­ti­val of­fers a daily all-in­clu­sive buf­fet at El­e­ments restau­rant from 7 p.m. till mid­night. On of­fer dur­ing the fes­ti­val are va­ri­eties of ap­pe­tiz­ers and tra­di­tional Le­banese mezze like hum­mus, fried kebbe, tabouleh, grape leaves, etc.

“Over at the hot food buf­fet, you can in­dulge in a wide va­ri­ety of ir­re­sistible au­then­tic main cour­ses from the re­gion of Beirut. Then round off the evening with ir­re­sistible temp­ta­tions made up of a se­lec­tion of ori­en­tal and in­ter­na­tional desserts,” the ho­tel stated.

The fes­ti­val will con­tinue till Dec. 10, pro­vid­ing a won­der­ful ex­pe­ri­ence to be en­joyed by all fam­ily mem­bers, Bekhiet said, adding that Four Sea­sons Ho­tel Riyadh con­tin­ues to con­stantly dis­tin­guish it­self by of­fer­ing a blend of di­verse cul­tural ex­pe­ri­ences pre­pared by the most tal­ented in­ter­na­tional chefs with top pro­fes­sional ex­per­tise from the best global culi­nary schools and others from across the dif­fer­ent Four Sea­sons Ho­tels and Re­sorts chain around the world.
