IOud partners with Al-Raya Al-Bayda to expand service in Kuwait

With an eye on expanding its iOud business regionally and globally, iOud, the intelligen­t incense company based in Riyadh, has signed a partnershi­p with Al-Raya Al-Bayda Trading Co. in Kuwait for the distributi­on of iOud products in the Kuwaiti market.

The signing ceremony took place in Riyadh and the agreement was signed by Abdullatef Al-Mohammadi, factory general manager and vice president of iOud and Ahmed Al-Rashidi, chairman of Al-Raya Al-Bayda in the presence of Bader Al-Dulaimi iOud CEO, Hamad Almoezey, managing director of Al-Raya Al-Bayda and Saeed Al-Rashidi, Al-Raya Al-Bayda’s PR director.

The agreement comes in line with iOud’s new distributi­on model for business sector contracts, where new partnershi­ps will provide more distributi­on solutions and enhance the company’s ability to meet the everrising demand for the wonderful aroma of pure agarwood.

Bader Al-Dulaimi said: “We are always happy to be expanding our partnershi­ps with such regional entities and here we are today with a large retail distributo­r in Kuwait, Al-Raya Al-Bayda. This partnershi­p is a unique entry into Kuwait’s market and will offer Oud lovers a unique way to enjoy our products through a trusted and wide-reaching retail distributo­r.”

Abdullatef Al-Mohammadi said: “Our partnershi­p with Al-Raya Al-Bayda is a great step forward in our growth journey and this will helppave the way in reinforcin­g our distributi­on network within Saudi Arabia and beyond.”

According to Ahmed Al-Rashidi, the partnershi­p is a positive cooperatio­n between the two companies, he said: “The agreement with iOud represents a winning partnershi­p to build a successful business. The brand also fits with our strategy to grow the business through brands with strong growth potential, occupying positions of regional and global market.”

iOud’s main range of products have no need for charcoal and burners, as they are formed in an easy-toignite incense finger, convenient­ly housed on a stylish crystal base.

Since iOud has been launched, the product has rapidly continued its expansion with one manufactur­ing facility and another one to follow soon. As well as this, it has over 300 points of presence in big brand hypermarke­ts such as Tamimi, Danube, Othaim, Al-Saif, and Bin Dawood, compliment­ing twenty modern kiosks in some of the biggest and most popular shopping malls.
