Fans of the South Korean rapper and dancer J-Hope on Tuesday joined in celebrating his 26th birthday. A popular member of boy band BTS, J-Hope, whose real name is Jung Hoseok, is known for being fun-loving off stage but serious during practice and performances.
As the clock struck midnight, he started a live stream on the Vlive app to celebrate his birthday with followers around the world and shared a photo of himself on the group's Weverse app. Fans used the Twitter hashtag #HappyBirthdayJhope to post anniversary messages. @BtsSiham1 said: “Birthdays are the new beginnings, for new times to come, for all the new plans, for all the new hopes, so feel new and young. Happy birthday to you and have a nice day.”
