Acer debuts Spin 5 convertible notebook in Saudi Arabia
Acer debuted the new Spin 5 convertible notebook, featuring QHD display, new compact aluminum form factors with 360-degree hinges for creating four modes, and a fast charging Acer Active Stylus with Wacom AES (active electrostatic) technology.

The new Spin 5 features a slimmer design that makes its convertible form factors more enjoyable to use with four usage modes: Tablet, notebook, display or tent. Durable 360-degree hinges allow smooth transitions between modes, so professionals and students can effortlessly change tasks. An optional backlit keyboard extends productivity to low-light environments. Measuring only 0.59 inches thin, the Spin 5 (SP513-54N) features a 13.5-inch QHD touch display surrounded by slim bezels that are only 7.78 mm narrow, giving it an 80 percent screento-body ratio. Plus, the Spin 5’s magnesium aluminum chassis and palm rest make it durable and lightweight — only 2.65 lbs (1.2 kg).
The Spin 5 comes with a fastcharging Acer Active Stylus using Wacom AES (active electrostatic) 1.0 technology that gives users a fast and accurate writing experience.
Entertainment is enhanced by dual speakers and Acer True Harmony for audio that is rich and lifelike. The dual microphones ensure a clear audio connection when using the HD webcam for online chats.
Powered by up the latest 10th generation Intel Core processors, the Acer Spin 5 delivers a solid performance of up to 15 hours, and supports fast-charging, providing up to four hours of use on just a 30-minute charge. Co-engineered with Intel as part of Intel’s innovation program codenamed “Project Athena,” the Spin 5 (SP51354N) passed rigorous testing to achieve the program’s experience targets and hardware specifications, ensuring it consistently delivers the responsiveness, instant wake, and battery life.
The Acer Spin 5 [SP513-54N] is available exclusively at Jarir in Saudi Arabia, with Intel Core i7-1065G7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 13.5 inch IPS touch display and Windows 10 Home, at SR5,099 ($1,357).
