Ramadan delights
Ishaaq Kremed, a tamarind juice seller, tries to attract customers in the Hamidiyah market, old Damascus, where people are busy shopping for Ramadan. The popular street vendor says he usually has more customers than usual during the holy month, starting next week, during which many favor the sweet drink to break their fast.
