Marvel Studios reveals name of new Black Panther film

Marvel Studios this week revealed the name of the sequel of superhero movie “Black Panther.”

The second part of the film, set for release on July 8, 2022, is called “Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever.”

The first part of the film starred late actor Chadwick Boseman.

For “Black Panther 2: Wakanda Forever,” Disney confirmed in December that Chadwick’s role will not be replaced.

The company stated in a Twitter post that Marvel Studios “will not recast the character, but will explore the world of Wakanda and the rich characters introduced in the first film.”
