Matt Damon has shared the reason his 15-year-old daughter Isabella refuses to see his movie “Good Will Hunting.”

On Sunday, the 50-year-old actor appeared on a TV show to promote his new feature “Stillwater” and was asked if fans still associated him with the Oscarwinning film.

“Sure, yeah—fewer and fewer,” Damon replied. “You know, younger people don’t know it as much. You know, my 15-year-old refuses to see it. She doesn’t want to see any movies that I’m in that she thinks might be good.”

He clarified what he said by citing

Isabella’s take on his poorly received 2017 movie “The Great Wall,” adding that she enjoyed giving him a tough time.

“My daughter said, ‘Yeah, remember that movie you did, The Wall?’ I said, ‘It was called The Great Wall.’ She goes, ‘Dad there’s nothing great about that movie.’” He laughed as he finished recalling this exchange.
