Basra blast kills 4

People react at the site of an explosion in Basra, Iraq, on Tuesday. A motorcycle rigged with explosives went off in the center of Iraq’s southern city, killing four people and wounding four others. The blast set ablaze two other vehicles and sent a column of black smoke into the sky. Basra governor Asaad Al-Idani blamed Daesh for the attack.
