It can feel like you’re on a hillside terrace in Sicily, Crete or Montenegro. To keep things fresh yet comfortingly familiar, chef Ignacio Moreno has injected new flavours to the menu. “I hope to fuse my European heritage with my travels throughout Asia to invigorate the offerings,” he said. We’re sold on the Roasted Seabass (above), the Slow Cooked Iberico Pork and chef Moreno’s version of Singapore Laksa.
