sub editor, this too shall pass
Juliana has hit the panic button for smaller things than a killer virus. Once in 2005, when she found long strands of hair of a different hue to her own in her hair brush, in her home. In 2008, she feared for her investments following Lehman Brothers’ collapse. A sense of panic isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It prompts us to take exceptional action if it’s required. The discovery that a stranger had visited the intimate recesses of her home without her knowledge led her to assess her marital situation and file for divorce. Thankfully, the bank with which she invested survived the financial upheaval. In these Dorscon Orange times, Juliana is staying calm, but remaining ever watchful.
