Dialing Danger

When we use our cell phones, they transmit signals using a form of electromagnetic energy known as RF waves. As we usually place our mobile phones close to our heads, to hear and speak, our brains are the most exposed to the RF waves. Although these RF waves have low radiation, prolonged exposure to them are said to increase the risk of brain tumours or cancer.
