Flesh-eaters in Singapore

Singapore is also home to a famous carnivorous plant – the Pitcher Plant. Instead of shutting its leaves to trap an insect, the Pitcher Plant has a much more slippery plan to trap its food. Shaped like a jug, the plant is covered with fluid that attracts insects, but once the insect slips and drops into the fluid, it drowns and gets gradually digested!
