Trouble Falling Asleep? Try This

It might be time to change the colour of your bedsheets.

You know how you always tend to sleep better on a hotel bed? And notice how the sheets are always white? If you’ve been tossing and turning in bed, you might want to consider changing your sheets to white ones. According to sleep expert Dr Sabrina Magid-Katz, sleeping in a sleek set of white sheets can invoke a sense of comfort and serenity by bringing back memories of vacations past. She adds that “anything that allows you to associate your bedroom with relaxation can help your sleep routine.” To be clear, there isn’t a direct correlation between white sheets and getting better sleep. Rather, your brain might associate white sheets to a hotel room you’ve stayed in while on holiday, which might make you feel calm and relaxed. It's definitely worth a shot if you've been having trouble sleeping.
