Editor’s Note

Pets just want to have sun

Clubpets - - EDITOR’S NOTE - ADELINE

With the constant blazing sun and increased cravings for anything cold, summer is definitely upon us. In welcoming this holiday season, we have prepared a list of activities catered for you and your furry friends.

For those who love nature but are fans of roughing it out, join us as we embark on a glamping adventure with actress Kimberly Chia and Precious, her Chihuahua. If you are looking to truly escape the heat, we recommend the list of cafes (air-conditioned, no less) to hang out at with your pets.

It is common to embark on travels during the summer holidays. Being apart may not be easy for both your pet and you – with our pet separation anxiety guide, be sure to pick up potential separation anxiety signs and rectify them before you fly!

Ever wondered what life is like for a (service) man’s best friend? For the first time, meet the dogs and handlers of the Military Working Dog Unit as we discover what goes behind the training of the canines.

Cat lovers, on the other hand, can look forward to uncovering more about the power of feline intelligence and unravelling the mystery behind a cat’s grasseating habits. Also, join us as we make one of the last few visits to Singapore’s only Cat Museum and find out how you can help the kitizens.

Have a great summer and enjoy the issue!
