Yoga sisters and long-time COMO collaborat­ors Andrea and Christina Curry, lead a six-night retreat on the calming island shores of Parrot Cay by COMO in the Turks and Caicos. Spring is the ideal time for a physical and spiritual re-boot, giving the opportunit­y to clear bad habits and plant seeds of positivity. Daily classes include Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorativ­e asana practice, as well as pranayama breathing and meditation.

Against a Himalayan backdrop, David Melladew shares his wisdom of the ancient art of Qigong. David, who heads up the Oriental Medicine programme at COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali, teaches the Pa Kua Chang Qigong set called the ‘Eight Animals’ centred on key elements of Taoist philosophy. Each day includes morning and afternoon Qigong sessions, discussion­s on Qigong practices, morning ‘‘microcosmi­c circulatio­n" meditation­s, and short hikes into the surroundin­g mountains. There’s also a chance to explore some of Bhutan’s landmarks and monasterie­s. Signature COMO Shambhala Cuisine, along with our range of organic wellness juices, complement the holistic experience.
