What im­pressed you dur­ing your Philip­pines trip? “Vis­it­ing restau­rants and learn­ing how pas­sion­ate the chefs are about the great in­gre­di­ents and tastes of their coun­try. There is really a sense of in­clu­sion and shar­ing of suc­cess in Manila’s food scene.”
