Adding to its in­door stu­dio gym and out­door lounge, Kil­ter Av­enue in­tro­duces HRVST (pro­nounced harvest), an in-house ve­gan res­tau­rant and bar. Run by part­ner head chefs Ad­dis Tan and Dy­lan Choong, who have close to 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence be­tween them work­ing in restau­rants such as Tip­pling Club, Esquina, and Cheek by Jowl, the duo is on a quest to change the per­cep­tion of ve­gan food as bor­ing and bland.

Whet your ap­petite on vi­brantly healthy plates of King Oys­ter ‘Scal­lops’ with spinach purée, gar­lic snow, baby car­rot, baby corn and toasted hazel­nuts ($12); Pump­kin Gnoc­chi in a fiery tom yum broth with shimeji mush­rooms, baby corn, Ja­panese cu­cum­ber rib­bons ($16); and home­made Matcha Ice Cream with blood or­ange purée, thyme-in­fused poached plums and pis­ta­chios ($8). Bar snacks in­clude Twice-cooked Spuds with home­made gar­lic aioli ($8) and Crunchy Fried Chick­peas with Sichuan plum pow­der ($5).
