Adding to its indoor studio gym and outdoor lounge, Kilter Avenue introduces HRVST (pronounced harvest), an in-house vegan restaurant and bar. Run by partner head chefs Addis Tan and Dylan Choong, who have close to 20 years of experience between them working in restaurants such as Tippling Club, Esquina, and Cheek by Jowl, the duo is on a quest to change the perception of vegan food as boring and bland.
Whet your appetite on vibrantly healthy plates of King Oyster ‘Scallops’ with spinach purée, garlic snow, baby carrot, baby corn and toasted hazelnuts ($12); Pumpkin Gnocchi in a fiery tom yum broth with shimeji mushrooms, baby corn, Japanese cucumber ribbons ($16); and homemade Matcha Ice Cream with blood orange purée, thyme-infused poached plums and pistachios ($8). Bar snacks include Twice-cooked Spuds with homemade garlic aioli ($8) and Crunchy Fried Chickpeas with Sichuan plum powder ($5).
