Chin Koon (au­thor of Mrs Lee’s Cook­book) is back to present a se­ri­ously deca­dent din­ner buf­fet this month. Held at The Din­ing Room over four week­ends, ex­pect a slew of her­itage gems like Udang Nanas Pedas, Ayam Buah Keluak, Oven-baked Whole Snap­per with Sambal Hi­jau and Ny­onya Chap Chai. Paired with Lee’s own line of condi­ments like cilicuka and sambal hi­jau, this is one din­ner that is well worth the calo­ries.
