Com­mit­ted to its sea-to-table phi­los­o­phy, Greenwood Fish Mar­ket is slated to open a new out­let at Val­ley Point later this month, and another branch in Dempsey Hill in July. Spread out over 2,700 sq ft, the 90-seater Val­ley Point branch will in­clude a re­tail area brim­ming with fresh seafood and other dry in­gre­di­ents, a wine shop, a sashimi counter and a restau­rant. The Dempsey Hill out­let will un­veil a 8,500 sq ft space, poised to be the group’s largest yet. Look for­ward to a bar with a res­i­dent mixol­o­gist, sushi, sashimi, yak­i­tori of­fer­ings and a full oys­ter counter boast­ing at least 12 dif­fer­ent oys­ter va­ri­eties. Also unique to the out­let will be a cus­tomde­signed wood-fired grill us­ing ap­ple and baka woods to im­bue smoky notes to seafood.
