Have a royal-wor­thy meal with Si Chuan Dou Hua’s ex­ec­u­tive Can­tonese chef Le­ung Wing Chung spe­cially crafted menu of 18 famed dishes (at $18 each) from the Jiang­nan re­gion – draw­ing in­spi­ra­tion from Em­peror Qian Long’s fond­ness for the area. In­tro­duc­ing a creative twist to Jiang­nan’s clas­sic dishes, guests can en­joy the Deep-fried Minced Meat Roll, served with lemon­grass sticks; and the 200-year-old Deep-fried Chicken Roll made with Kurobuta pork, prawn paste and bar­be­cued chicken liver.
