The recently refreshed à la carte menu at Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant boasts a slew of new signature creations by head chef Victor Lee, such as the Braised Kuala Lumpur style ‘Tai Lok Mee’ with Seafood in Claypot, doused in a moreish sweet and savoury sauce, and Jia Wei Assam Curry Fish Head with tangy and piquant nuances. The popular Barbecue Peking Duck and Stewed Seafood Vermicelli wrapped in Opah Leaf remain on the menu.
