The re­cently re­freshed à la carte menu at Jia Wei Chi­nese Restau­rant boasts a slew of new sig­na­ture cre­ations by head chef Vic­tor Lee, such as the Braised Kuala Lumpur style ‘Tai Lok Mee’ with Seafood in Clay­pot, doused in a mor­eish sweet and savoury sauce, and Jia Wei As­sam Curry Fish Head with tangy and pi­quant nu­ances. The pop­u­lar Barbecue Pek­ing Duck and Stewed Seafood Ver­mi­celli wrapped in Opah Leaf re­main on the menu.
