is a cor­po­rate lawyer and wine en­thu­si­ast who de­cided to pur­sue his pas­sion by get­ting a for­mal wine education. He be­came a Cer­ti­fied Spe­cial­ist of Wine (CSW) with the So­ci­ety of Wine Ed­u­ca­tors and sub­se­quently a Cer­ti­fied Som­me­lier with the Court of Master Som­me­liers. Dur­ing his wine jour­ney, Mah de­vel­oped a keen in­ter­est in sake and ac­quired a Sake Pro­fes­sional cer­ti­fi­ca­tion from the Sake Education Coun­cil. He be­lieves much can be done to de­mys­tify sake and en­hance its en­joy­ment through in­formed ap­pre­ci­a­tion.
