The birth of a new cuvée is cause for celebration, and naturally comparison. Hemera was created from the 2005 vintage, replacing Cuvée des En-chanteleurs which was last released in 2000. The name Hemera is tribute to the Greek goddess of light. This new jewel, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay and all Grand Cru, exudes a delicately toasty honeyed palate, with candied citrus fruit and low dosage highlighting elegance and long expression.
