Matching the sophistication of its surrounds is an Italian restaurant which has undergone a rebranding and name change: Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin. The original Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin in Tokyo has been helmed by Fantin since 2009. The one Michelinstarred Italian restaurant is a destination for Italian fine dining in Tokyo. Now, the same magic comes to Bali, as Fantin elevates traditional Italian cuisine with refined cooking techniques and distinctive creativity. Helming the kitchen at Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin is sous chef Fabrizio Crocetta, who has more than six years experience working at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and Asia.
The dinner-only, 36-seater restaurant will feature Bali's organic produce, such as tuna, squid, baby pig, pumpkin, corn, kaffir lime, mango and coconut, and translate them into delectable dishes. The menu includes a selection of Fantin’s signature dishes, including his acclaimed Squid Ink Gnocchi. Complementing the fine cuisine is, of course, a well-curated wine list. Expect a selection of over 200 wines of predominantly Italian labels, as well as an exclusive collection of Champagnes.
