Expect a spectacular showcase of slow-roasted Killenure Dexter steer, an Irish cow bred in the parish near Killenure Castle, by Mario Portella of Churrascada (Brazil). There's also a six-course journey into Argentinian asado with Rama Basilio and Andy Noonan returning to head a private 20-seater chef’s table experience, Offside.
