POMMERY MILLESIME GRAND CRU 2006

After a three-year hiatus, Pommery is once again available in Singapore, and it’s just in time too for its latest release – Grand Cru 2006. Comprising 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from 7 Grand Cru villages, the 2006 reflects the restrained and elegant harvest in contrast to a racier 2015. Look for subtle mineral depths, rich white fruit with ripe citrus notes, and a lengthy finish. $148 from wine-clique.com
