Ho­tel ex­ec­u­tive chef Ju­nious Dick­er­son keeps busy at buf­fet spot CU­RATE, the all-day din­ing rooftop Pool Bar & Grill, dessert salon Deca­dent by Four Sea­sons, and The Lounge.

For the bibu­lous, there’s Bar Trig­ona. A col­lab­o­ra­tion be­tween the ho­tel and Proof & Co., the Man­hat­tan-in­spired bar will be led by award-win­ning head bar­tender Ashish Sharma (for­merly from AER).
