The Luxe Premium package includes a bottle of Champagne Billecart-salmon, Brut Rose, Mareuil-sur-ay, France. Dinner consists of an eight-course “Surprize menu”, based on the chef’s newest creations using only the finest and most precious ingredients in season, such as foie gras, black truffle and sturgeon caviar. Also included is the premium wine pairing from Mozaic’s award-winning wine list, free-flow mineral and sparkling water, and coffee or tea with petit fours. The Premium package offers a welcoming glass of Champagne, Moët & Chandon, Brut Impérial, Reims, France; the six-course Surprize menu; premium wine pairing; free-flow mineral and sparkling water; and coffee or tea with petit fours. Each package includes a bouquet of red roses for the the lady.
