ROOSTERFISH BEACH CLUB

Managed by Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa, the Roosterfish Beach Club is a laidback and down-to-earth destination on Pandawa Beach. There is a large infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a volleyball court and sun loungers. The menu, crafted by chef Danang Wijanarka, is made of sharing dishes with a bold Balinese flair, such as the Babi Guling Taco (Rp85,000) and the Roosterfish Platter (Rp340,000); the latter consists of betutu chicken and banana leaf baked baby snapper. Another signature dish is the Surf and Turf Nasi Goreng (Rp180,000), well-loved for a hearty portion of jumbo prawns and marinated Angus beef satay.
