Renowned for its stunning scenery from its cliff-top location and flavourful Mediterranean fare, El Kabron has been one of Uluwatu’s most popular beach clubs since it opened seven years ago. Led by head chef Manuel Polin, the new menu sees a Mediterranean slant and emphasis on made-from-scratch dishes, locally sourced ingredients and fresh produce.
