EL KABRON CLIFF CLUB

-

Renowned for its stunning scenery from its cliff-top location and flavourful Mediterranean fare, El Kabron has been one of Uluwatu’s most popular beach clubs since it opened seven years ago. You have the option to recline on the lazy chairs and lounges by the infinity pool, have a sip of sangria at the newly revamped Clifftop Bar terrace or tuck into a plate of traditionally cooked squid ink paella, Arroz Negro de Mariscos (Rp195,000), at the restaurant.

Led by head chef Manuel Polin, the new menu sees a Mediterranean slant and emphasis on made-from-scratch dishes, locally sourced ingredients and fresh produce. Have a go at the light bites, creative salads, and other offerings, such as the Oven Baked Barramundi with Pork Guanciale and Coconut Sauce (Rp170,000) or the enchantingly plated Textured Cheese Cake (Rp70,000) with Chocolate Soil, Alfajores, Bali Sea Salt, Honey, and Gin-marinated Fresh Fruits and Berries for dessert. Jl. Pantai Cemongkak, Pecatu, Kuta Selatan. Tel: +62 821 4437 0139/ +62 878 6171 7212
