North Indian restaurant Yantra is not one to rest on its laurels. Joining its delectable menu of Chicken Tikka Fondue and Seafood Rassa is their new Vegan Dinner menu ($68/person) that offers a unique glimpse into the region’s delicacies. In tradition of starting any meal with a soup, Yantra presents the Peeli Mirch Ka Shorba (yellow pepper soup). Main course highlights include the crisp Lacha Pratha (a multi-layered version from Punjab) for dipping into five aromatic accompaniments, of which includes an aromatic Bhendi Pyaz (okra and onions) and the Asparagus Methi Chestnut.
