20ml white balsamic vinegar sea salt flakes, to season pepper, to season
4 large Sicilian red prawns (available from Culina) a dash of extra virgin olive oil
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary » Mix heirloom tomatoes and white baslsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
