North In­dian restau­rant Yantra is not one to rest on its lau­rels. Join­ing its de­lec­ta­ble menu of Chicken Tikka Fon­due and Seafood Rassa is their new Ve­gan Din­ner menu ($68/per­son) that of­fers a unique glimpse into the re­gion’s del­i­ca­cies. In tra­di­tion of start­ing any meal with a soup, Yantra presents the Peeli Mirch Ka Shorba (yel­low pep­per soup). Main course high­lights in­clude the crisp Lacha Pratha (a multi-lay­ered ver­sion from Pun­jab) for dip­ping into five aro­matic ac­com­pa­ni­ments, of which in­cludes an aro­matic Bhendi Pyaz (okra and onions) and the As­para­gus Methi Chest­nut.
