In­dulge in Ja­panese-cen­tric cre­ations with Korean ac­cents such as the Yukhoe ($42), Ta­jima Wagyu striploin paired with diced nashi and se­same soy topped with a quail egg yolk; and sous vide Chilean sea bass ($33) served with lemon­grass broth, fresh shiso leaves, le­mon zest and grated gar­lic. Other plates of plea­sure in­clude the ad­dic­tive Amaebi ($36) on golden toasty house-made brioche and the Salmon Ti­ra­dito ($25).
