December is the time of the year to indulge the palate and there is no better setting for an elegant feast than Bvlgari Resort Bali. The celebratio­n starts on 24 December at Sangkar Restaurant, an elegant dining venue located at the edge of a cliff. The five-course dinner affair (Rp1,300,000 per person) features the classic Turkey Breast with Butter Roasted Parsnips, Brussel Sprout and Bacon Fricassee, and Plum Pudding served with Hot Cider Punch. A five-course lunch or dinner feast on Christmas Day is also available.

Alternativ­ely, book a table at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin on Christmas Eve. Renowned for its contempora­ry interpreta­tions of classic Italian cuisine and top quality ingredient­s, expect a decadent five- or eight-course menu (starts from Rp1,640,000 per person) that includes Veal Cooked in Olive Oil with Smoked Eel Purée and Grilled Wagyu Beef and Black Truffle.

Bid 2018 adieu in style by joining the Bvlgari Resort Bali’s annual New Year’s Eve celebratio­n. Start with a sunset aperitivo at Il Bar before segueing into a six-course gala dinner at Sangkar Restaurant (Rp3,780,000 per person). The New Year’s countdown will be held at Il Bar with Champagne and music for company. A special New Year’s Eve feast is also offered at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin (starts from Rp2,200,000 per person). With a four- and six-course menu replete with fine ingredient­s like caviar, lobster and Wagyu beef, a dinner at the Italian destinatio­n will be intimate and unforgetta­ble.
