A Bvl­gari Christ­mas

Ex­pe­ri­ence a deco­rous feast this fes­tive sea­son at the lux­ury re­sort.


De­cem­ber is the time of the year to in­dulge the palate and there is no bet­ter set­ting for an el­e­gant feast than Bvl­gari Re­sort Bali. The cel­e­bra­tion starts on 24 De­cem­ber at Sangkar Restau­rant, an el­e­gant din­ing venue lo­cated at the edge of a cliff. The five-course din­ner af­fair (Rp1,300,000 per per­son) fea­tures the clas­sic Turkey Breast with But­ter Roasted Parsnips, Brus­sel Sprout and Ba­con Fri­c­as­see, and Plum Pud­ding served with Hot Cider Punch. A five-course lunch or din­ner feast on Christ­mas Day is also avail­able.

Al­ter­na­tively, book a ta­ble at Il Ris­torante – Luca Fantin on Christ­mas Eve. Renowned for its con­tem­po­rary in­ter­pre­ta­tions of clas­sic Ital­ian cui­sine and top qual­ity in­gre­di­ents, ex­pect a deca­dent five- or eight-course menu (starts from Rp1,640,000 per per­son) that in­cludes Veal Cooked in Olive Oil with Smoked Eel Purée and Grilled Wagyu Beef and Black Truf­fle.

Bid 2018 adieu in style by join­ing the Bvl­gari Re­sort Bali’s an­nual New Year’s Eve cel­e­bra­tion. Start with a sun­set aper­i­tivo at Il Bar be­fore segue­ing into a six-course gala din­ner at Sangkar Restau­rant (Rp3,780,000 per per­son). The New Year’s count­down will be held at Il Bar with Cham­pagne and mu­sic for com­pany. A special New Year’s Eve feast is also of­fered at Il Ris­torante – Luca Fantin (starts from Rp2,200,000 per per­son). With a four- and six-course menu re­plete with fine in­gre­di­ents like caviar, lob­ster and Wagyu beef, a din­ner at the Ital­ian des­ti­na­tion will be in­ti­mate and un­for­get­table.
