Ar­ca­dia Yachts, known for its eco-friendly de­signs, has launched the Ar­ca­dia 105 to much fan­fare. Its sig­na­ture low-con­sump­tion sail­ing, 400 sq ft net­work of so­lar pan­els and ther­mal in­su­lat­ing glass have won the ves­sel the Most In­no­va­tive Yacht award from the World Yacht Tro­phies right after its de­but. The smart lay­out con­tin­ues in its in­te­ri­ors. Floor-to-ceil­ing win­dows are avail­able through­out, with elec­tric side win­dows that roll down au­to­mat­i­cally to al­low ocean air in.
