To mark Singapore's bicentennial, Goodwood Park Hotel’s Coffee Lounge has brought together five iconic local dishes from various immigrant cultures.
The five-course local degustation menu ($40/ person) includes chicken satay, Hainanese chicken rice and freshly tossed Singapore rojak. Laksa Singapura deserves a special mention; the robust, spicy broth brims with the sweetness of prawn stock. End with a bowl of thick and rich bubur pulut hitam.
