Fans of André Chiang will be happy to know that he has partnered with Wynn Palace Macau to unveil Sichuan Moon this spring. As culinary director of the new Sichuan-style restaurant, diners can look forward to Chiang’s innovative style of presenting Sichuanese dishes, which will be paired with rare specialty teas. Says Chiang; “I aim to break the mold and showcase the essence of Sichuan dishes so that they will shine on the world stage. I want the world to fall in love with Sichuan cuisine through Sichuan Moon.” Watch this space.
