Riverside retreat

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan takes you on a personal journey of discovery and mindfulness.

-

With its idyllic location set against the Ayung River Valley, a stay at the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan is a journey into the heart and soul of Bali. Guests will feel at ease with its surrounding nature as the resort prepares to welcome its guests into its healing sanctuary.

The Sacred River Spa at Sayan offers holistic treatments that do wonders for your body, mind and soul. It has recently introduced a Guided by Gratitude programme (available with a minimum three-night stay at the suite or riverfront villa) for guests who want to embark on a personal healing retreat. Inspired by the soothing energy of Ubud, guests who wish to observe silence throughout the programme will be supported in doing so. The all-year round programme is designed by the resident wellness mentor and the spa and wellness manager who is an expert in yoga, Reiki and meditation. The restorative rituals consist of peaceful meditation sessions at

the riverside meditation bale, yoga classes, chakra rebalancing spa treatment, a Balinese water blessing ritual, soothing sound therapy with crystal singing bowls, and the popular Sacred Nap experience; the latter is where you are lulled to sleep on a silk hammock.

As you embark on the healing journey, remember to nourish your body with the resort’s dining selection. The resort’s bar and restaurants offer a selection of vegan, modern Indonesian and Balinese cuisine to suit your palate.
